Accessibility / ADA

SpringStock Music Fest welcomes everyone. We’re committed to making our festival accessible and enjoyable for all guests, including those with disabilities. We continuously work to improve access to our events, facilities, and services.

MOBILITY DISABILITIES

Guests with mobility disabilities are encouraged to utilize their own personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers, or canes. Please note: we do not provide mobility device rentals or dedicated charging stations onsite.

Accessible Routes

The venue is generally navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event primarily takes place on cement with some sections of gravel and natural terrain. Guests will need to traverse between stages independently or with the assistance of a companion.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for guests with a valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate.

RIDESHARE & LOADING + UNLOADING ZONE

Rideshare, loading, and unloading is available across the street from Saint Arnold Brewing, on the side of Meow Wolf that faces Lyons Avenue.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals are permitted throughout the festival.

  • Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
  • If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
  • All animals should have legally required vaccinations.

CONCESSIONS

All concessions are accessible and located inside the Saint Arnold Beer Garden restaurant area. If assistance is required, please ask with the nearest festival staff member – we’re happy to help.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE REQUESTS

The SpringStock Team will consider any request by an attendee with a disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will allow equal access to goods and services offered at the Festival. We encourage you to make any such request as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.

Please contact us at contact@springstockmusicfest.com for accessibility-related requests or questions.

FEEDBACK

We value your feedback and suggestions about accessibility at SpringStock. If you have comments, ideas, or need help during the event, email us anytime at contact@springstockmusicfest.com. We will do our best to help you have an unforgettable experience.
